I literally just opened a new agency, want to hire a commission only producer, where is a good place to get a good contract that will cover all the bases. 1. expectations 2. compensation 3. who owns there book if they leave, how long before the agency should by the book from the agent if ever? 4. no solicitation clause 5. anything else you think I should have in there. OK I am trying to keep from going to pay an attourney alot of money to re invent the wheel. I appreciate any advise.
