Yes. Obamacare should be good for these cases.

Group health plans cover full maternity, and by Federal law, pregnancy is not considered a pre-existing condition. Medicaid may be an option. Obamacare doesn't start until almost 8 months from now, so that could only possibly help a woman who is currently 1 month pregnant or less. Indemnity plans are not a good option for pregnancy. Most OB/GYN's have a cash price that is pretty reasonable, and many hospital have affordable packages, too. A complication of pregnancy may run up a huge loss, though, so seeking coverage through one of the other options mentioned above would be wise.
