Individual Life/CI Rider, Non-standard Final Exp. Need Carriers

Any suggestions for competitive carriers life with critical illness rider? Also, final expense or non-standard life. One client wants more than his current $10,000, but health is impaired.

I would like to review GA/FMO's for this, and what companies are competitive.

My carriers are mostly individual health/Medicare.
