As a type II myself, what you will probably find is other forms of illness that are also present as diabetics tend to be more than just diabetics. That is why the illness is so bad. You don't say anything about the prospect so can't advise you. Just hope they have coverage in place prior that maybe you can convert.

That. He does not say if we are talking $5k or $5,000,000.00 age 8 or 80.

It's almost always table 2-4 for insulin dependent diabetics. Obviously other factors may come into play as well. If they are a juvenile diabetic, I would start at table 4.
