Insurance Agent's First Year?

Hi, I am doing some research on sales positions. Does anyone know the answers to the below questions~ or know where I can find the answers?

What % of insurance agents that join quit or go inactive in the first year?
What % sell earn $5,000 a year or less a year?

5k a year? Not sure how you survive with that.

The majority of people change careers after the first year or so... However that is probably true for most sales position. Either you have it, or you don't.

If you come on as producer for an agency and you do well, you can probably make between 2k-3k per month the first year.
