Insurance Brokers Running MVR for Commercial Auto

I am a California Insurance Broker looking for information on how we can run MVR's for our commercial clients who have many employees. Does anyone know what companies we are able to use to obtain MVR's for the insurance company supplying us with coverage? Or does the insured have to supply the broker with the MVR's?
