Insurance Exam Scores

I have a potential TX agent that passed his exam about 2 months ago. At that time, he changed his mind about the insurance biz (State Farm captive) and didn't send the paperwork in.

How long are his scores valid? I was thinking 90 days, but I'm not sure.

No idea. In California, you have to bring the paperwork with you, it gets sent when you pass the test (as I recall, been a while). Never thought about making a decision after the hard (well, at least unproductive and boring) part was done.

I would suggest asking DOI in TX. I read through their license application and didn't see any restrictions.

I've worked in claims for several years. TX gives 1 year. Scores are valid for one year. Someone on my mentor site informed me of this.

We have a lot of licensed members from TX and they got back rather quick.
