Insurance Professional Organizations to Join

Hello All,
I'm a new P&C agent, and I'm trying to figure out which professional organization might be best for me. I've seen some threads regarding the Big I, however I've also seen threads regarding the National PIA. I'm trying to figure out which might be best for me.

Please tell me which organizations you've joined and why? I'm in MI.
