Insuring in two states (six months one, six months another)?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how, or if it can be done...A prospective client is looking to be insured in two states at the same time. Colorado for six months, then Illinois for six months. Reason, opened business in Illinois just recently (retail) and has one in Colorado. Same type business. Not sure which county she resides while in Colorado, but I do know the county for Illinois. Just looking to insure herself. Currently was insured by Pfister (I believe she said). Any comments are welcome and thanks.

Your customer probably declares one state as her domicile for tax purposes. Register and insure the vehicles in that state.
