the IRS W2 healthcare cost reporting, is postponed for now!. one of the components of the affordable care act. requires employers to report the cost of employer- sponsored health coverage, on employees' W2s . starting in 2011..the postponement is to give employers more time to change their payroll systems. they say they won't tax it????? now !!!!, but in 2018 they will tax the cadillac plans. what will be the tax burden on the tax payer for the cadillac plan ?????
