Is Gastric Bypass an auto decline?

You may already be aware of this but a gastric bypass is a possible accept with Anthem BC/BS of CT as of three years from being released from care.

I imagine this guideline holds true for Anthem BC/BS of New Hampshire and Virginia.

I have always known this to be an auto decline, why would it be any different now? It's a major risk as Bob said, for many reasons.

And accepting a policy for review and approving it are two different things.

Usually it's a decline unless state has guaranteed issue plans or client is a HIPAA eligible individual.

Same happened to me a year ago, client was skyrocketed for a policy, with the client going through a similar surgery.
