There are quite a few websites that display a sample Medicare card. I just wonder if you need to get some kind of approval for that, and if so, what is the procedure and how long does it take?

I mean, there's timid, and then there's T I M I D! What could the penalty be for such a transgression - it's a freaking SAMPLE Medicare card! Put it on your website. If it's a problem, you'll hear about it.

Most government documents are legally reprinted. I don't see any reason why this one would not be, as long as there is its generic.
