In short, because you have to ask, you don't know what you're doing. You are a lawsuit waiting to happen. No untrained life agent should be touching 401(k) money.
Do you even know how to calculate a 72t distribution? Do you know the rules on 72t? Are you going to screw up this client's life because you don't know what you're doing?
