If that is a myth is there any truth to smokers can get the smoker surcharge waived for 2014 whether they successfully quit or not if they enroll in smoking cessation program? If so is that done before they fill out ACA application?

Tobacco users may face premium hikes of up to 50 percent, one of the few “pre-existing conditions” the plan allows insurance companies to charge more for. NOTE: This was originally scheduled to take effect in 2014, but a software glitch that would reject higher premiums for tobacco users needed to be fixed.

Where do you come up with these questions? Seriously?

Those questions are legit. We were told at all our seminar's if a person tells us they are trying to quit and doing some kind of smoking cessation we could mark as non tobacco.

Y'all need to back up here!

If bluediamond is saying this he "Has it on good authority"! Keep in mind it might be a State (blue specific thing).
