Is It Worth Spending $7?

Paid directories. I rarely use them. Maybe never. Free ones. Sure. Waste of time? Probably.

I'm curious to hear some expert opinions on this topic. Here's a real live example. I almost bit the bullet and sent them $7. But wait. It's only $7 but is it worth it?

Here's one example. Of course there are hundreds (or more) like this one.

make sure u go with the featured listing for $21 if you do other wise you might end up with a n/a PR backlink.....but $21 for a pr 2 backlinks is up to you.

And that is the question...Does a PR2 backlink help a PR3 or PR4 site that much? And yes, that PR is somewhat meaningless.

i would pass, use the money mb for a low obl high pr blog list or for a guest post on a legitimate finance blog or site.

I can get like pr 3-8 backlinks from blogs cheaper than that, I got one the other day off dailykos for like 5 bucks.

I can usually get like par 3-4 on the backlinks while blogging but not for no 5 or 7 bucks! You guys 'r' gettin' golf on the cheap!

I just search for related topic forums and blogs and write relevant comments and in depth answers. I get PR 3's and 4's all day. Even bump into some 5-7's here and there. There is plenty of software out there to help you find them too. Mix these with articles and set up your own blogspot, wordpress.com, etc.. and use social media to get those free blog sites up to PR 1 or 2 and there you go. A nice mix
