I have a 2005 Rav 4 in very good condition - I've always kept up with any maintenance and the car was just inspected earlier this month. I was in a rear-end collision. My front bumper is pushed in, cooling fluid was leaking, looks like the radiator was damaged, it was smoking, and the front passenger door will not open. It has 125,000 miles. From looking on Kelley Blue Book, it looks like my car is worth about 4-5k. I am no auto expert, and the shop my insurance towed it to couldn't really give me an estimate yet and just said "they might repair it, but I'm not sure yet."
My question is - since my car is so old/high miles, do you think All State is likely to repair it? I have comp and collision. I want to know if I should start looking at other cars.
Thank you very much for any advice.
