Is there a difference between mail houses?

I have not done too much direct mail but changing things up lately, Doing things more locally targeted

My FMO give some funding for lead concepts, Before I start and add my own money too it in addition

Are they all the same? Or does one perform better then another?

If so which are the best ones? Which are the worst ones?

Talking about for Medicare specifically
