Isosorbide- who Will Take on Med Supp?

Got a tough case in KY. Lady had a heart attack in 08, takes Isosorbide and Methotrexate for R. Arthritis (no mobility issues). She is paying $200 per mth for plan F with UHC. Outside of UHC/AARP is there anyone that will take her? New Era isn't offered in KY unfortunately.
