Has anyone experienced @AppliedSystems / Ivans locking them out of their download mailbox? I requested a link to the app download, but they refused

Nope. I do not have EPIC

Locked out how? Is your ams not pulling downloads or just can't log in to ICE website? It can be a pain in the ass to call applied because any phone call to them seems to result in them trying to sell you on every product/service they offer, but I did eventually get help from them regarding my credentials when I needed them.
