I am looking for a carrier for North Carolina to get appointed with for Key Man Insurance with riders? Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Most carriers will accept a corporate owned policy. Most of my key man business goes to Midland or LFG. But there are at least 20+ if not more carriers that will accept a corporate owned policy. Just take your pic.

I can't think there is a single company that wants to play in the large case market that would have a problem with key man or corporate owned insurance. You will need to do some additional forms to document corporate ownership and the insured's consent to it.

Ultimately, it is just life insurance. The only question is who owns it and the companies that want these size policies are use to this.
