I have a client that inherited a block of policies from a merger. All are typical keyman coverage (company owner and beneficiary). Getting insured signatures on anything is not possible.

Is there a market to sell these, without the insured signing anything?

$.50 on the $1 of DB......

I'm being told that most states require insured authorization before sale can take place.

Any experience that proves this can be worked around?

Most states require insured authorization before sale can take place. It is mandatory.
