I had a friend on immunotherapy and it's done normally at an infusion center and fell under Part B. Unless Medicare has changed something in the past year it has always fallen under Part B and on a MAPD depending on your coverages you would normally have to pay 20% but also can get help from manufacturer which my friend did, met his MAPD max oop be the extra help and never paid a dime after his first initial doctor visit except for prescriptions.
