Laptops or Desktops?

For everybody that does online health sales and face to face health sales. What do you primarily use a laptop or a desktop computer for your home office. Right now I use a desktop but also have a laptop I was wondering how you have your computer systems hooked up? Do you guys have everything on your laptop or just a cheap lap top when you occasionally go out face to face to do presentations or run the quotes on your laptop?

I am very interested to what most of you do in regards to this?

Desktop mostly in my home office which is in my basement.

I also have a laptop for those days when it is nice to come out the cave and work in the sunroom or on the patio.

Desktop is connected via ethernet cable. Laptop uses my wifi on the main floor.

As I see it there are two options. A nice desktop with a big monitor (mine is 22") and a modest laptop or a top notch laptop with a monitor and keyboard (if you prefer) you can plug it into for office use . I know people who do both. I think it is a matter of preference.

Wasn't aware you and Chumps share an office.

I like the idea of going with a high-end laptop and connecting it to a larger monitor when in your office/home-office.

We don't.

Chumps lives in the furnace room.

He leaves early in the morning through a window, then returns after dark. Some say he has been seen at the YMCA handing out business cards in the sauna.

Not any more. Not a lot of business that way. Lately, I have been riding the Atlanta Metro buses and giving out cards.

And...as I previously mentioned, I am moving out on June 1st. Sharing the basement with my family is fine. But my lease said nothing about living with farm animals. Oh...that's right. I didn't sign a lease.

Where's that damn PPL guy when you need him?

Guess that explains the Ryder truck out front. Don't expect a refund on your deposit.

I did not charge you extra for the farm animals.

No need to sign. I signed it for you.

I could tell you were busy when you moved in. All those goat porn DVD's were quite a load and you had your hands full . . . in a manner of speaking.

Are you going to leave the gro-lamps behind and those funny green plants? I have been meaning to talk to you about your electric bill.

Not to mention the sweet smell of something burning while playing InaGadaDavida way too loud on your stereo.

Actually, I already have your room rented out to him.

Make sure you clean up the goat poop before you leave.

Hey. That Ryder truck is my work truck. Didn't you see the metal sign on the other side of the truck that read: "Want lower health insurance rates? Then move to Ohio! I'll haul your stuff and we'll write the policy after the move."
