LCOEP....any link

    Looking for a link showing when the LCOEP actually ended. Soemthing that shows Congress ended this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you going to fill us in? WE are all waiting to hear how Sterling is allowed to make up thier own F plan.

    Senior Advisor, r u referring to Sterling Life and Health out of Washington state, a subsid of AON? They r recruiting heavily in my area for managers and reps. What is their story?

    I do not know thier story. Tommy does. From what he said, they were able to make up thier own Enhanced plan F. They must be a really BIG company to be able to get CMS to look the other way.

    TOmmy, it is not that big of a deal is it? People get mislead in the business all the time. You were pretty persistant in telling us veteran agents about how companies can make thier own med supp plans. Now you won't even comment. YOu are gonna mislead other "new" agents into believing some type of scam like this. Everyone makes mistakes, that is easy, the hard part is admitting it.
