I have a friend who's sister is moving to Texas in the next couple of days. Her dad is looking to pick up health insurance on her shortly. I was looking to find someone who would be able to help him out as I am not licensed in Texas. She is 24 years old, 5'0" 110lbs. Non smoker, no meds, no health issues.
