I am 28 years old. My two younger brothers and partners are 26 & 25. We have a horrifying stat for all you agents out there. So please sit down. We called 10 friends each, and every single one of them uses a direct carrier. why? In fact I was the only one who didn't but that's because I used to be an agent. So why is this? what are we not doing right to hit this market. The millennial market represents over 65 million buyers, that's a big mark to ignore.

Also we have an infographic with some crazy statistics about your local market. enjoy!

When you build your website just reference your location in the meta tags, get a custom kml file made and upload it to your server and build backlinks with a reference to your region.

Example Baaa Baa black sheep insurance has been serving the phoenix arizona area for 10 years. Located in the heart of maricopa county we strive to provide our clients with professional service and bla bla bla bla bla whatever.

Anchor text "insurance phoenix" "life insurance phoenix" and bla bla bla

I'm 50 years old and Jack and the Beanstalk is my all-time favorite English Folk (or if you prefer fairy) tale.

When we first started we were excited and wanted to show off our process and design to our family. So one of the first people we showed was our mom, she looks at it for a few minutes and goes "I always knew you were smart boys, and I love what your are doing, but I don't understand, where is the giant the goose and golden eggs?" :err: Its was a good point, we are currently story boarding how to write them into the site
