For those who have experience in crm usage for your agency.

How are you classifying these categories?

What are leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities?

What is your workflow application like?

Do you add lead from a prospect? Then convert to account if they ask you for a quote? Then opportunities for each line quoted?

I'm having trouble understand which belongs where. Can someone give me a quick example? Like from a person calling in all the way to sale.

Also do you guys keep their policy info on your crm systems? Like account numbers and policy info?
