Does anyone know what a real number for first and second year earning would be selling for Liberty Mutual? Also does anyone know how they "help" you find leads or is it cold calling everyday?

I made 90k my first year and $110k my second year and work like a dog in a high premium area. "Help" would be lead day for call ins/ walk ins. Cross- selling house accounts. There are also Internet leads, but I opted out of that program.
I still sell them, but now as an independent.
