Liberty Mutual

Jody, yeah those are vague and annoying. I interviewed at a major bank and they employed some similary worded questions (during the telephone interview and in person). It is a BS question that can only be answered by a BS reply. So what is the real purpose? What does it say about the virtues of the candidate, that he/she can BS? Those are questions are pointless and irrelevant.

1. Can you give us a specific time when you were faced with a challenge and you had to stick to your game plan to achieve the goal that you originally intended on achieving.

2. Can you give us a specific time where you had goals and had to avoid a situation or had to stick to your guns in order to achieve them ...

Well, something like that but much more vague and hard for me to remember. .
