The long and the short of it is I enjoy writing life, but I got my start at Liberty Mutual so I've got my P&C license. My wife and I own a preschool, so I need someone who writes commercial, as well as personal lines.
I've got an open offer on the table for a 60/40 split in my favor, but it just isn't that appealing. I'd minimally look at a 70/30 split, anything less than that I could probably go to an aggregator.
I hope this doesn't offend any of you guys, I just wanted to see what your thoughts are and if you know of anyone who'd be open to this arrangement
