Pros/Cons of writing WCU:
Pros-
Been in business since 1877.
Received a "favorable" status, by Standard Analytical Service, Inc., compared against the 25 leading Life Insurance Companies.
One does not need to be Catholic to sell for WCU or buy insurance from them.
WCU's fully underwritten WL rates are nearly unbeatable.
The PUAR rider makes for easy replacements.
Fully underwritten and simplified issue products.
Agents could use this one company to insure just about anybody/age with the various products offered.
Above street level contracts for agents that want to build downline.
High 10 year commission levels.
Cons-
WCU is a fraternal...they sell certificates, not policies.
With 300 million in life insurance, in force, they are a relative tiny company.
FE product is not diabetic friendly.
Not available in most states.
I hope I have been as straight forward as possible.
Fraternals are not for everybody, if you are interested in contracting, email me: [email protected]
Street level and above street is available for production or for agents coming in with a downline or building a downline.
