Life Care Funding in the State of Georgia

Does anyone have a definitive answer on whether you need a Viatical Settlement license to sell this product in the state of Georgia?

Without calling the Dept. of Insurance, I'd thought I'd try here first.

Does anyone sell LCF in Georgia, and if so, what has your experience been?
