Does anyone have a checklist of questions they use when on the phone with a potential applicant? Primarily for FE.

I am in need of a cheat sheet, and would rather not re-invent the wheel if someone has a tool that works well for them.

I am in RI, so I don't pose a threat to the majority of people on this board.

How about using the questions on the application you sell?

I think you are really asking, how do I transition from the greeting to taking the app? I usually just say, "well the most important thing is to make sure you qualify so have you had any major health issues?" "What medications are you currently taking?" Depending on their reply I would let them know that I am just going to be thorough and ask the questions on the app. The client must feel like you are on their side and you are trying to be thorough up front so you don't waste their time or build their hopes. Hope this helps.
