Do all life insurance companies decline people who are on disability?

I get them approved all day for Fe type policies
Depends on the nature o the disability...Many FE companies will take them if they can truthfully answer no to the app questions.. Some FU companies will take people with disabilities such as a back injury.. Don't expect to get WP issued..

He still walks and performs all daily living activities. It's just very painful. Will anyone do traditional wl underwriting?
I don't know about traditional underwriting but you can get him approved at lbl on the simpl plan for up to 30k more then likely
The issue is two fold; financially and medically. One the money side, if he only has a disability check it's not earned income and thus we can't give him anything beyond FE level coverage ($25-50k) BUT if he has other income (say a rental property or he has a side business of any sort) that income can be used to determine a need. If he has something that way we aren't as scared of the persistancy risk.
On the medical side as previously noted, forget Waiver and benefits, if he's looking to grow cash he'll need to do it through overfunding a WL plan. The other is to watch for how bad the disability is- does he need regular narcotic pain meds or weed? These are not good but some may offer something but it may not be pretty.

i got a plan that gives up to $500K non med., if you can financially justify it. NOt that hard to get placed

It appears Transamerica final expense will work. There is not a question about disability on the application.
