The $285k shouldn't be a problem for instant or nearly instant. You can do Fidelity or Foresters for a same day approval, Phoenix express for 2-3 days. To get to $585k you can stack them up. Reach out to us if you need help.

Gotcha. Guess simplified issue was not quite that. Most of my full uw cases dont take 30days if the client does the exam early on. It'll be tough to find one that can not only approve, but issue and deliver by monday is my thought.

RNA will do at least $250K. Instant decision. They may do more than $250K at that age on the instant decision? But they will definitely do $250K.
