Are they any good? I got a quote for 1 mil and what surprised me was the application was only 1 page long while others have 6-8 pages to fill out before they give you a price.

It would be interesting to see what the price comes back at.
The problem you'll have is if it doesn't have an AM Best rating of A- or better, a lot of companies won't take it. While Lloyds itself is rated A, if the E&O is done through a syndicated part of Lloyds, it might not be on A paper.

I would ask up front what the rating is and then ask your primary carrier(s) if they will accept it.

Please be aware that different syndicates have different UnderWriters, Apps, rating and coverage. I got 2 different Quotes from Lloyds that were 25% different in premium, the cheaper one obviously covered less.
