Little or no commission on Guarantee Issue

Yep, varies by state. Some states like I believe Indiana requires full commission on GI.

Yes but I mean Cigna does give commission on GI in some states that GI is not required but also not in other states

I'm looking now at my notes looks like they do in Il I am going to have double check not sure why I haven't used them there if so

Yes but they have workable premiums I have a few with them they have been good for what it is, Basically for deals that would otherwise be lost
Don't know if you're aware, but if you have an underage Med Supp client that their premium's getting way too high, BCBSIL will take them during AEP, if their premiums higher than BCBS. Also for those that have Disability Medicare and are past 6 months having part B and haven't gotten a Med Supp or have a MA.

I don't know why they pay full commissions in Illinois, because Illinois doesn't require it.

that is interesting

In TN, Bankers Fidelity pays full commission on GI.... Western United reduces the regular commission by 25% for GI. so a 20% contract would still pay 15%.
