I would appreciate any feedback on affordable live chat software for my website.

I've looked at Snap Engage but they are more than I wish to spend at $49 per month.

Any recommendations will be considered!

Do they simply send me an "embed code" to put on my website?

Yes, you get the embed code after going through some easy steps. And you don't have to wait for them to send it to you, when you log in it's right there after you chose some options.

We have had great experience with Snap Engage, but the did recently adjust their price points.

I use Comm100 because I was grandfathered into their free plan..
