Living Benefits

good morning,

My client has been out of for a few months due to a rotator cuff surgery. He inquired if the living benefits portion of his transamerica policy would be of any benefit.

Anyone have any thoughts on this before I actually call and ask?

Umm, do you you mean a disability rider? Have you read the policy?

If he hasn't been certified as needing help with his ADLs then no.

j just talked to a dm from the old mon-life now trans-american. He said they don't have living benefits on a policy. Now if your talking of waiver of premium. The insured has to be off for 6 months before they even consider the waiver of premium.
