Looking For a Good Insurance Company in Oregon to Join As Newbie

Does anyone have good advice in exploring specific insurance companies and opportunities in the Portland, Oregon market? I have 20 years sales experience in the broadcast advertising field, and more recently have been working as a therapist. I am not licensed to sell insurance. I am open to being coached. I am 53 years old and have plenty of time to work smart and hard. I would love to be part of an organization that has a really good lead generation program because cold calling isn't one of my favorite things to do. I would like to be making $2-3K per month fairly quickly with annual potential over $100K. Thanks in advance!

In my opinion the seniors market may be the one that is easiest to get started in. Every senior will need a Medicare or advantage plan unless they are Medicaid.
