Looking for a program to manage my client database

Zoho CRM here - I recently tried a few others... but ended up staying with Zoho. It's excellent for doing most of your work via phone.

I know nothing about ZOHO. From your perspective, could you say if it would work as a CRM for a landscape company? I assume it can be tailored to work for various business types... Im asking for my brother.

Maybe? Not sure if it would have some of the things he might like, like easy mobile photo uploading via app, etc., which is important in that sort of field.

When I did roofing / siding, I used JobNimbus which was great for that field of work... estimating, before/after pics all saved within the file, etc.

I know Zoho has an invoice program - Zoho Invoice - which is pretty slick. Not sure if the CRM would be as photo-friendly / estimate friendly as something like JobNimbus would be.
