Ritter Insurance Marketing is proud to unveil a new, one-of-a-kind website which agents can use to allow Medicare beneficiaries to enroll themselves in Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage products. When Medicare beneficiaries transition from your customized AgentEnroll.com webpage to the Insurance company's enrollment page, the your agent writing number is captured and passed on to enrollment, so you, the agent, can receive commission on the enrollment.


Here's an example of how it works: You determine which plan meets your client's needs telephonically. When they are ready to enroll, you send them to your customized AgentEnroll.com website and instruct them as to which carrier to pick from your list of companies. When the Medicare beneficiary selects the company from the dropdown, they get the appropriate disclaimer from that Insurance company. When the Medicare beneficiary clicks on the "Review Plan Information and Enroll" button, your agent number is passed behind the scenes to track commissions and the Medicare beneficiary is directed to the insurance company's enrollment website to finish the process.


There are several ways you can get the Medicare beneficiary to your AgentEnroll.com website:
1. Tell them actual AgentEnroll.com webpage. Example: www.agentenroll.com/agentname
2. Create your own domain and forward the domain to your custom AgentEnroll.com webpage. Example: www.myenrollmentpage.com
3. Put an "enroll" link on your existing website which forwards to your custom AgentEnroll.com webpage.


Since AgentEnroll.com does not involve a face to face meeting, no scope of appointment is required. The agent cannot complete the process on behalf of a Medicare beneficiary and cannot be used in a face to face meeting.


We currently have 2 companies approved for use with AgentEnroll.com. Here are press releases on August 9th and September 8th. We are on schedule to add a several new companies before AEP begins on October 15th (subject to their final approval).

How to get started:

1. Contract with Ritter Insurance Marketing with the carriers who support AgentEnroll.com
- Existing Companies: Company 1, Company 2 (you must be logged in to view contracting paperwork)

- Companies in the works to add (NOT YET APPROVED): Company 3, Company 4, Company 5, Company 6, Company 7.

2. Set up your free profile page with your name, address, phone, email, photo and URL extension.

3. Ritter will load the custom links into your AgentEnroll.com webpage with your agent numbers. In some cases, you will need to log into the Insurance Company's agent website to generate a link and give it to us to load.
