I am looking for supplemental health insurance Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, Hospitalization, Business Overhead Expense insurance that offers a return of premium prior to the death of the insured. It could be a cash surrender or a percent of premiums returned after a certain number of years.

How does their ROP work and do you know if any of their supplemental plans are HSA compliant?
