Looking for Indy Agency in Maryland to Write P&C With.

I'm moving out of state this month and am in need of an agency to write with in MD. The agency I'm working for is run by someone who is rude to everyone he comes across so I want to take this opportunity to explore some other options. I've been licensed for over 3 years and can write 20-30k in premium a month. Mainly auto and home. If anyone is interested in talking about it send me a message.
