diabetic- insulin- 20 units/ day- novalog- diabetes
hydralazine
carvedilol
Furosemide

Assurity turned him down...

I feel for the guy. At that age, unless he is and always was massively obese, he probably just got hit with bad genetics. 33 is young for insulin dependent diabetes and CHF. Even at that age, it is unlikely lifestyle would have caught up with him in that manner. More likely to have had a heart attack, stroke or something else more acute.

UHL standard, maybe??

Deluxe would work, except for he likely has CHF. The OP really needs to get that answered first.

If it was just furosemide or carvedilol, I wouldn't think CHF. But together, that is where my money would be. I would just ask flat out and see what the client says.
