Looking for New Producer to Transition into Sales Manager

I am looking for a new producer to work as a remote field agent in N/E AR & Western TN. We deal almost exclusively in Agribusiness.

Would be willing to discuss ownership in the book produced after a period of time. Ideally, i would like to transition this individual into a role of sales manager to manage a team of producers within a designated territory.

Yes.... Along with other markets as well. Have the "pen" for one of them so we underwrite and issue policies from within the office.
