Looking for Scripts, & Advice on Working Aged Homeowner Leads

I just purchased about 1200 aged homeowner leads ages 86+ - 365 days old and I was wondering if anyone has A good script they have been using they could share with me. Also I will be using a dialer through salesdialers as well any advice, tips or suggestions from someone that has worked aged leads on the P & C side please feel to comment or shoot me a email at jeffjgordon at yahoo dot com . You're begging to get sued. After 90 days you have to do a DNC scrub (which you can do by getting a SAN at https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ and then use Predictive Dialers System, Mortgage Automatic Dialer, Make My Calls to do the scrubbing). If you're going to use a dialer you should be removing cell phones which is it's own ordeal. If you dial by hand you don't have to worry about the dialer, just the DNC scrubbing.
