Looking for Some Direction on Helping Health Insurance Agents with Inbound Calls.

My name is Brian Czahor and I work for Direct Media Power. We are an advertising agency that specializes in getting leads through the radio for large health insurance companies. Right now we work with large companies that take hundreds of live calls a day. We are looking to roll it out to smaller agencies around the country. We have the ability to break phone calls down to even specific area codes in different markets. Do you think that this would be a good value to smaller agencies? I know a lot of agents are sick of paying for internet leads that are sold 10 times over. Please let me know. I am just looking for a little feedback and direction. Thanks!
