There are some companies that will fund you against your book, banks would use the income to cover a loan. When you say you have a 4.5 million book, is that the one you have, or the one you want to buy?

Sorry the 4.5 million is what I have done over the past 5 years. I may be able to buy it but it is subject to a 2 year non compete. I would be starting a scratch.
