JSA from Green Bay, WI works with all of the national LTC carriers and has a very dedicated LTC team. They also work with the guy who is currently writing the partnership program for the state of WI and is their CE instructor. You can google Jack Schroeder and Associates to find their site and take a look at all of their carriers.

Service is excellent and you can always get a warm body on the phone. They also have offices in San Antonio, TX and Richmond, VA.
